Weekend Planning: Lodging, travel, activities for the whole wedding party during their stay before and after the event.
Additional Event and Vendor Coordination: Support with sourcing and logistics with additional events outside of the wedding day (bridal shower, bachelorette weekend etc.)
Day of Concierge: A runner to grab breakfast for the bridal party, pick up forgotten items, be on call through the day.
Al A Carte Vendor Coordination: Utilize our connections and experiences to solidify vendor contracts.

Details Meetings – We connect with you to review all plans, ensuring nothing is overlooked (Includes two 1-hour meetings).
Timeline & Logistics Management – We confirm schedules, vendor arrivals, and key details for a stress-free day one week prior.
Vendor Coordination – We liaise with your vendors to confirm logistics and ensure smooth execution.
Ceremony and Rehearsal Oversight – Assistance with coordinating your ceremony and the rehearsal.
Day-Of Coordination – From setup to send-off, we manage every detail so you can enjoy your day. Includes a Coordinator and Assistant for 12 hours
